On the one hand, Martínez Loriente has the most modern European factory manufacture and packaging of fresh meats with last generation automated installations. This infrastructure allows a production of 140 millions of trays distributed all over Spain in the 1.200 supermarkets of Mercadona. .
On the other hand, Fleury Michon, with 30 years of experience, 3.400 employees and a very distinguished international role, is the French leader company in the ready meals sector.
The joining efforts from both companies has originated Platos Tradicionales, S.A., that with their new installations, located in Buñol, Valencia, on a more than 44.000 square meters surface, has become one of the most modern factories of manufacture in Europe. The installations of Platos Tradicionales are provided with the most sophisticated security systems within their employees making sure the consumer gets the highest guarantees and the highest alimentary security .
